Planned Preventative Maintenance
Like any equipment around today, it is important to ensure that your air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation or commercial heating equipment is regularly maintained. This ensures that the equipment functions correctly and provides you with a comfortable environment to be in.
Without regular servicing, the performance of your equipment will decline over time and energy usage will increase.
As a Planned Preventative Maintenance customer you will have peace of mind that your air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation and heating equipment is maintained regularly, keeping it in constant good working order and optimising efficiency at all times. This also means you are less likely to suffer from a system breakdown.
Making sure that your equipment is regularly maintained may also be required to comply with FGAS or Gas Safe regulations.
Our regular servicing includes:
- Cleaning and replacing filters as required to ensure they are not dirty or blocked
- Checking the entire system for any leaks, including refrigerant where necessary
- Testing electrical connections and making any repairs as required
- Checking the accuracy of the thermostat
- Using only manufacturer approved parts to ensure any warranty conditions are met
- Any replacement parts not held in stock are obtained quickly, due to our strong working relationship with leading industry manufacturers and suppliers
- Advice on the overall condition of your equipment, highlighting any potential faults before they start causing a major problem or fail
- All works are guaranteed – if you have any queries or in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied we will return to ensure that works are completed to your satisfaction
